Pasta restaurant by day, wine bar by night. When the clock strikes happy hour, Pastalogik transforms into Jäst Vinbar – a bar with a focus on hand-picked artisanal wines and snacks, served in cosy rustic surroundings with wooden chairs, wine bottles hanging from the ceiling and candles that set the mood.

The menu combines natural wines from smaller producers with pasta and dishes that are perfect for sharing. Pasta takes centre stage both day and night, and is complemented in the evening by small plates and snacks that go well with the wines and make it easy to stay for several glasses and nibbles. The idea is to create a warm and inviting place to gather, free from stress. Unwind with a good friend, discover a new favourite wine and just land after the day.

The name Jäst (which means “yeast”) refers to the small but crucial component that sets everything in motion when it comes to wine. They want to serve wines where every step is carefully considered, from grape to finished wine. The name also reflects the philosophy behind the wine bar, which is a celebration of the living, unpredictable and authentic. It also shows that things should take their time, both winemaking and the conversations around the tables in the bar.
