Embarrassingly bad, first I had to wait over ten days for my delivery and when the bag finally arrives, the shoulder straps are sewn on incorrectly. I email and complain and then get told that they can deduct 15% on the price or send out a new bag but that it can take quite a long time.
The treatment was mediocre to describe it in a nice way.
