Hi... I flew all the way from Gothenburg to Stockholm today(Sat 15/Dec) just to visit your store and to buy a winter jacket/Christmas present to my husband. I was very much disappointed as I was not attended by the staff at all. Understood they were quite busy but that was not a good attitude, not professional to the customers.Finally, without help from the staff, I had to look for what I wanted “by myself” !!! It was ashamed, wasn’t it????!!!
