Le Pop

At Le Pop, they want to offer a new, fun way to eat ice cream. In their summer pop-up shop in the Ringen shopping centre on Ringvägen, you can design your own popsicle with chocolate dips and toppings.

In Le Pop's Lab, they develop new, exciting flavours, both creamy and fruity. Strawberry sorbet, blueberry cake, dulce de leche, coconut or mango with chili, to name just a few favourites. The ice cream is made artisanally with fresh and natural ingredients, and many of the flavours are vegan. The concept is inspired by ice cream parlours in Southern Europe and Latin America and has been adapted to the Swedish market.

Once you've chosen the flavour you want on your ice cream popsicle, it's time to let loose with all the toppings. They offer chocolate dip in different types of Belgian chocolate, and sprinkles such as coconut, nuts, dried berries or cookie crumbs - only your imagination sets the limits.

During the summer months, Le Pop opens up an ice cream paradise inside the Ringen shopping centre, where you can also enjoy drinks and strawberries with artisanal Belgian chocolate.

The concept is also suitable for birthday parties, weddings and corporate events. Le Pop offers tailor-made arrangements for events, and is happy to visit with its ice cream cart.
