You'll find this cycle café, a sister restaurant to Södermalm's Cykelcafé Le Mond, in pared-back premises on Kungsholmen. Cycle and coffee enthusiasts alike are welcome to pop by for a coffee, something to eat or a glass of wine. They serve everything from specialty coffees to international brunch dishes to Asian flavours.
Le Mond café is passionate about cycling and you can sit and drink really good coffee here in a bike aficionado's paradise. After their success in Södermalm they opened another branch by Hornsbergs strand in Kungsholmen and the emphasis here is on sustainable coffee, high quality ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere. The café is named after American cyclist Greg LeMond and cycling competitions are shown on a big screen, but you don't need to be a cycling fanatic to come here - the café is open to everyone.
Breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinner are served in modern premises decorated with concrete walls, ceiling lamps and black furniture. Order everything from Swedish bakery favourites to healthy breakfast bowls, tempting brunches, Asian dishes and Belgian waffles with various toppings. On certain days, there's also a breakfast buffet including sourdough bread, yoghurt and granola - all the energy you need for a day in the saddle.
