Black Honey Coffee Roasters

What began as an interest quickly became the Emre family's bread and butter. The fragrance of newly-roasted coffee beans now wafts out onto the streets of Stockholm from their roastery in Sickla. In the combined roastery, coffee bar and bistro they have the greatest respect for the entire process, from seed to cup.

Every day is a coffee day at Black Honey Coffee Roasters, which is a combination of coffee roastery, coffee bar and bistro. They're passionate about both specialist coffee and cooking. In the coffee bar, coffee takes centre stage, but they also serve breakfast, a classic brunch at weekends and selected cakes and pastries and hearty sandwiches. The family's Turkish roots are reflected in the industrial space's patterned rugs, mosaic tables and velvet sofas. In the evenings the coffee bar transforms into a bistro, serving hot dishes with European and Scandinavian flavours, such as salads, pizzas, sandwiches and burgers.

Fairtrade, representation, fresh, local, transparency and curiosity are Black Honey Coffee Roaster's watchwords. This means they're transparent about their own production process and highlight everyone who has contributed to the high quality coffee they serve, all the way up from the farmer who planted the first seed.

Events
Black Honey Coffee Roasters arranges courses, workshops, coffee tastings and more. You can also hire out the restaurant for corporate events and private functions such as birthdays, kick-offs, graduation parties and workshops.
