Over a kilo of well-fed Irish lobster and giant langoustines made my mother's birthday brighten! Everyone around the table agreed, that it was the tastiest seafood we have eaten in a very long time. The meat was airy and tender, and the flavor was well balanced. Cold and cooked in a broth that brings out the meat's own flavors! The smoked salmon was also very good. Not salty (as it often is) but just good!
