House of Näsmark

A focus on creativity, teamwork and playfulness 

House of Näsmark offers paintings courses, corporate events, post-work events and parties in inspiring surroundings on Lidingö. You can also book private showings and larger groups, or rent the premises for events in which art or a talk by artist Catrine Näsmark are part of the programme. 

At House of Näsmark, Catrine Näsmark works full-time with her art, always with creativity, teamwork and playfulness as a common thread. The premises can be rented for parties, corporate events, workshops, courses and private art viewings. Companies can have team-building events or kick-offs in the spirit of painting with breakfast, lunch or dinner. Together, groups create a large joint painting that can decorate the office. 

Anyone who wants to paint can take a painting course with Catrine Näsmark at the gallery. A colourful experience where you can bring out your inner artist and push the boundaries of what artistry can be. You can also explore the movement and shape of the body through a sketching course where you can develop your technique and artistic expression, regardless of whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist. 

Catrine Näsmark, who is behind House of Näsmark, is an experienced artist who has devoted herself largely to portrait painting, where she has painted portraits of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia, among other things. Old motorcycles and cars that she has owned and sold are also frequent motifs.
