Incredibly good spinning, Beat Cycle!! When I lived in NYC, I often rode SoulCycle as well as RoCycle and Velo when I lived in Amsterdam and that's something I missed when I moved to Stockholm. Then I found BeatCycle at Becore and the workouts are great! Dark and a little local, loud music and encouraging instructors🤩
