FSA Workouts HQ can be found in modern premises a few metres from Sankt Eriksplan underground station. They offer a range of different group training sessions based around their own unique martial arts concept, as well as other forms of exercise such as pilates and yoga. You can also work out with a Personal Trainer or on your own in the gym, or try biohacking in the studio's relaxation room. Their aim is to provide a space for holistic health, where mental and physical strength go hand in hand. FSA also have their own clothing collection which you can buy at the gym.
