Funktion & Fitness, run by personal trainer Fredrik Thernell, offers personal training with an emphasis on movement, strength and fitness. Get your exercise regime started, get going again after a break or find new challenges within your existing regime.

The aim at Funktion & Fitness is to create the best possible opportunities for a successful personal training experience. Their philosophy is that the best exercise regime is one that lasts and improves your physical and mental wellbeing. Exercises involve free weights, exercise machines such as rowing and cycling machines and your own bodyweight.

Your new fitness regime begins with an overview of your physical condition. Any injuries and physical limitations will be taken into account before devising the exercises that will best suit your body and goals. Fredrik Thernell, who is a trained personal trainer with several years of experience and a background in ice hockey and condition and weight training, calls this approach funtion and fitness.

Training takes place in a calm gym in Lidingö and you can also book group personal training sessions.
