I just wrapped up a group training class at Motion Health Club, and it was awesome! The trainers were supportive, offering modifications for all fitness levels. The mix of cardio, strength, and stretching was perfect, leaving me feeling challenged but not exhausted. I also attended their grand opening in Hagastaden, and the space is amazing. I’m definitely looking forward to my next class!
