A small cozy gym that delivers world-class service, both in terms of reception and in the group training room.
The gym part is almost always cluttered with people, and I really wanted to pull down the rating one star for the sake of it, but when I judge the gym according to my wishes (the group training) you can not get better instructors, 6/5 stars! Fantastic charisma, always says hello and goodbye to all participants and is very careful about what quality of training they deliver. The halls are somewhat small, but for me it's the chop that's stuck. If you are looking for large areas and a little crowding, this gym is not for you.
The changing rooms are fresh, the showers are large and there is always free coffee to drink before or after the visit along with a fruit, bar or other things that are available for purchase at the reception, much appreciated!
