Horrible experience. The hairdresser made me feel ugly by complaining I had the wrong proportions in my facial features, wrong hair colour (my natural hair colour!), my hair was too thin and badly cut. The hairdresser also told me I desperately needed hair extensions and that I could do that outside buisiness hours because the hairdresser had such a service privately!!! Left in chock. Did not ask for any of these opinions, nor did I ask for the hairdressers ”advice”. I only asked for a basic touch up hair cut. Never going back and told all my friends what happened.
