This family-owned boutique hotel is housed in an historic 17th century building centrally located next to Södermalmstorg in Slussen. In addition to the stylish hotel rooms, Frantz has a restaurant and bar for anyone who wants to eat breakfast and dinner here, or just drop by for a glass of wine.
Hotel Frantz opened in 2019. Many of the building's original details have been preserved and all of the hotel's 48 bedrooms are individually decorated in luxurious yet comfortable style, with soft velvet furniture, brass details and antique-style bathrooms. The restaurant dinner menu revolves around vegetables and other organic and locally-produced ingredients. The service is really next level! The day before we would check in, the receptionist called me to wish us welcome and help us with booking a table in the restaurant if this was wishful. Perfect for us with kids so everything is ready 🙏🏼

The breakfast buffet includes chia pudding, homemade crispbread, avocado, toppings, scrambled eggs, bacon, vegetables, croissant, fruit, strawberry cake, champagne, juice and various coffee types to name a few things. Everything is (almost) homemade and feels very fresh! 🎂🥂
The hotel is very close to the lock so he is not far to Södermalms pulsen or the more historic Old Town 🇸🇪

Spontan AW med väninna blev en 2-timmars sittning i deras lilla bar. Frisk och fräsch Cava, goda nötter, chips och oliver gjorde att vi satt länge. Men fram gör allt suverän service, precis lagom uppmärksam och hade koll på oss hela tiden!
