Sickest place I've ever visited. Heard so many stories about how you treat guests and staff badly. Please, look after your visitors, we're the ones making sure you get paid. Will never set foot there again and I hope that you guests who are also badly treated will make your voice heard. It's not OK as a paying guest to be poorly treated. Every time we've been here, someone's been rude. Why you even go back is a mystery to me, too. But last night was the last time. Stockholm has lots of nice places to visit where staff are serviceminded and nice. Thank you and hello, see you never again!
