Hmmm… konstigt att jag aldrig har tänkt att skriva några av mina besök på Astoria innan?! Det har blivit en del sen den öppnades! Lunch, middagar, drinkrundor, AW och allt därtill🤩

Jag gillar verkligen atmosfären och är en stammis för både lunchhäng och att slinka in och ta en drink eller fem😂… på somrarna sitter jag gärna på deras uteplats och insuper den östermalmtorgianska vimlet med ett glas iskallt husets champagne🥂 Den är inte nådig för det är självaste ”Charles Heidsieck brut réserve” om jag få be❤️

Den här gången hade de en lansering event på Björn Frantzén Gin ”Én” som han har ett samarbete med ”Hernö Gin”. Spelar dock ingen roll om det är event eller inte för baren är det alltid drag och goda drinkar levereras med bestämda stabila skakningar och snabba händer av dessa duktiga bartender. De fick jobba extra hårt denna kväll men alltid fröjd att se hantverket samt förstås sippa på det färdiga drinkarna efteråt! Fick mer smak för gin nu vid detta tillfället.

Får jag min favorit servitören med sin breda skånska som jag så förknippar barndomens glada dagar hos släkten på somrarna så är besöket på Astoria för mig redan lyckat. Otroligt sprallig å skön personlighet i sitt service mind och den där som jag vädersätter så högt att få känna att man få vara sig själv och lika spontant sprudlat ”osvenskt” bjuds in😍❤️ 5 av 5!

We were four people who came in spontaneously on a Friday at 9 and wanted to eat something small at the bar. I think we start with the positives:
1. We got a table right away and a woman I'm guessing was the head waiter took our drink order quickly and our drink arrived shortly thereafter.
2. The drinks were magical. We drank dry martinis and a spicy margarita which was probably the tastiest I've ever drunk

Åt för första gången på Astoria häromdagen, bara varit här för vin ett år gånger tidigare. Tror att jag blivit serverad av samma person samtliga gånger - väldigt generösa mängder vin. Känns lite otippat på ett lyxigare ställe. Servicen är generellt väldigt bra på Astoria tycker jag! Priserna är även den varierande, vissa rätter ligger omkring 200 medan andra är betydligt högre.

Jag åt tryffelpizzan, som var extremt god! Serverades med fontinaost, fetaost, vitlöksolja, gräslök, sallad och givetvis tryffel. Till och med kanterna, som jag normalt inte är så förtjust i, var extremt goda. Även gott med lite sallad på pizzan så det blev krispigt!
