This archipelago restaurant run by hotelier Pelle Lydmar can be found on the island of Fejan north-east of Furusund. The aim here is to ensure everyone has a good time and can relax and enjoy the sea and surrounding nature. The restaurant is run with respect for the beautiful natural surroundings that are an important part of the experience.
Fejan provides an oasis in the archipelago perfect for escaping the stress of the big city. They serve lunch and dinner, and you can also drop by for a refreshing sunset drink.
The menu includes dishes with influences from the Mediterranean in general, and France and Italy in particular. Whet your appetite with a starter such as oysters, burrata or steak tartare, followed by a main course such as salad Nicoise, risotto or perhaps a seafood pasta dish. If you want to round off with something sweet, browse the dessert menu. Favourite dishes such as pancakes and burgers are available for younger guests.
The drinks lists includes tropical classics such as piña colada, as well as cocktails blended with Fejan's own twist - how about a mojito with a touch of coconut?
