Slurp bowls of ramen made with homemade noodles and drink sake at the bar at this Tokyo-influenced restaurant in the heart of the city. Everything here is made from scratch - the broth, noodles (made from wheat flour, salt and water) - and ingredients are carefully selected to create a perfect taste sensation.
Sin Ramen opened in spring 2022 and is run by four friends with a passion for food and travelling. After the pandemic they decided to fulfill their dream and open a restaurant serving up noodles and delicious flavours. They spent many long hours experimenting with the different flavours you'll now find on the menu. As well as ramen, they've also selected the best Asian drinks, including sake, to serve at the bar.
Craftsmanship is key at Sin Ramen. Everything is carefully selected and designed. If you're really not in the mood for ramen, the menu also includes bao, gyoza and various sides.
Entering the restaurant is like being transported to the streets of Tokyo, with moody lighting and colourful interiors with wall murals, plants and wooden furniture. There's a vintage arcade game by the bar as you come into the restaurant and a staircase that leads up to the upper level.
You can also get your ramen to take away. Broth is packaged separately so that you can pour it over your noodles when it's time to eat and avoid your food getting soggy. A typically thoughtful detail.

Reigning ramen favorite! Took the Pride, aka their vegan option, and added soy-marinated egg. I love how thick and umami the broth is!! Not watery or bland at all, but full of flavor and depth. The noodles are Sin's homemade, so chewy and delicious. All the toppings are really good.
Super lovely place, just how I imagine a trendy spot in Tokyo would be, like stepping into another world. And very friendly staff!
I must come back and try their drinks as well as the small and medium dishes!

Vi dök in på drop-in och fick plats i baren - älskar att sitta i baren och kunna spana in när de tillagar maten!
