Stockholm's Coziest Restaurant! The RO given environment pulls down the pulse and you leave the stress outside.
When you get in you go over a small pedestrian bridge, on the sides are small ponds with small waterfalls that give a lovely feeling, the calm feeling you can get in the spa environments. From the "bridge" you can see over the nose throughout the restaurant. The restaurant is large and has a lot of seating, however, was still completely crowded a weekday, here it is to book a table! When I was here it was also a family with stroller, big Plus! Here the children's cars can accompany you!
The place is so well planned!!! Has lots of different seating positions. They have a small room with a table for 6 people. Here the walls are decorated with their wine, all sorts of sorts and this room was extremely cozy! Really want to go back here with 5 other friends and just have a nice evening with good food and wine in this room. They also have a seating area in the middle of the restaurant which can be rented if you are a larger company, perhaps celebrating the birthday? They can then pull down the "curtains" around so you have their own. As I said, really well thought out.
Then there are obvious tables for two and so they can become long tables for larger groups.
Further into the restaurant there is also a bar with Bell drinks! They have a special Gin, Ford's gin that pulled up the GT to a new level! A couple of grapefruit drinks slim lightly down as well. Their Cava was unfortunately not the tastiest I consumed, then I would rather take a drink here.
The food was fantastic! If you go there, you have to test the tuna tattoo. So easy, inspiring and perfect in the flavors. Tuna, avocado, caviar and a little green. Married perfectly.
But even the rest of the dishes get fullpot! Spicy Tuna tasted tasty, and it's fun that they fill the reels with innovative and different things that make it not taste like elsewhere, the roasted onion on top with the icing on the cake and gave some contrast.
We shared on these two dishes and then it became a beef skew, skewer for my part and a steam bun for my company.
Rotisone was perfectly grilled, and first they felt a bit boring to order but the flavors sat!
Open kitchen for the restaurant and the chefs worked with singing control and such calm during the stress that had to be given that they were crowded, impressed!
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good.
The place really has a higher standard than other restaurants.
The noise level was much too high in the restaurant and the prices of the food I think is something high unfortunately, but at some point in life it is worth it. You pay not only for the food but for the whole experience.
Although this stuff lowers the score slightly, it's more towards a 5 than a 4.
