Adam/Albin

We are greeted by one of the doors without handles and a bell in brass with the name Adam/Albin. We ring the bell and the door is immediately opened by a very nice waitress who offers us to hang off the jackets and a welcome shot that is fresh and made from seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is dull and cozy and we get the table in front of the kitchen where we then get to experience a 6 hour long show. We are first served 3 small bites that are all perfectly balanced and make us crave more. The rest of the evening is a wonderful journey of food and drink combined and one of the favorites is grilled reindeer with beets, pumpkin and bergamot sabayonne. The whole evening ends with a selection of homemade pralines and a well-aged cognac. I can not help but give Adam & Albin full marks and recommend it warmly.
