Cruel is exactly the right order. Service, food and drink are top notch. In addition, the price level is perfect, you get what you pay for. For starters I had a stewed chanterelle with a velouté of langoustine and fennel topped with a licorice flavor, absolutely wonderful, and then came a cod loin with broccoli and trout roe for the main course which was also among the tastiest cod I've eaten with a spoon. The environment is a bit high, a little more soft materials are needed to enjoy the company as much as the food. A plus is that you can peek in and see the chefs working in the kitchen.
