APO

(Would have gotten 4 out of 5 if the vegetarian selection had been bigger☺️)

Luxurious Friday lunch at the famous APO!
The place probably comes into its own more in the evenings, with shared snacks and space for one or two of their innovative drinks (unfortunately lunch was in a work context and one had to settle for sparkling water🥲).
I ate the menu's only vegetarian option, i.e. a salad with black rice, halloumi and avocado + shared the broccoli with miso dressing.
Everything was very good and flavorful, and best of all was that they really work with different textures, which I feel that many people otherwise miss. It was crunch, cream, and everything in between!

A bit of a shame is that the vegetarian selection is very poor, and the vegan is basically non-existent (at least at lunch). The only alternative was this salad, which could not be obtained with tofu but only with animal proteins. And then there is the broccoli, which was certainly fantastically good, but is intended as a middle course to share.
I asked the extremely nice and accommodating staff if it was possible to solve any of the cooked dishes vegetarian, but unfortunately it was not possible.

For those who eat meat, there is both Dish of the Day and slightly more options + small dishes to choose from.

Cozy and luxurious environment, fantastic staff, and with coffee they offered carrot cake!
