Right next door to the Hotel Kung Carl, this European bistro exudes 19th century "la belle époque" vibes. Flowery patterns, soft velvet and luxurious materials such as crystal and brass create a romantic and cosy atmosphere. A playful menu with European classics and excellent cocktails is served.
Centrally located in Östermalm, the menu and interiors at this bistro celebrate the positivism and joie de vivre of the French era. The menu combines the best of Southern Europe – it lists pure French dishes as well as favourites from neighbouring countries topped with influences from around the world. Everyone from business people to romantic dates, old friends and families come to the restaurant at Hotel Kung Carl for lunch or dinner, or to enjoy a drink at the bar.
At the weekend, they serve brunch with large and smaller hot and cold dishes as well as brunch cocktails, and in the evening you can drop by for a glass to the sounds of live music in the jazz club. If you then want to continue into the night, lively Stureplan is right next door.
