Great place when the sun shines and the Beach Road is wacky. We ate really good chevre chaud and a good cappuccino after that. What pulls down the grade from 4 to 3 is the missing of the alcohol condition. So go here if you still do not intend to drink! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
