Min upplevelse på Bistro Süd var helt klart femplus!

Jag hade bokat bord här och vi kom dit någon lite tidigt och tänkte ta en drink innnan maten. Det var en varm sensommarkväll och Swedenborgsgatans uteserveringar myllrade av folk. Vi blev förstås sugna på att sitta ute. Uteserveringen var full men det var inga problem, vi började med drinken inne och snart hade den trevliga servitören fixat ett bord åt oss ute.

Innan maten fick vi en brödkorg med gott surdegsbröd från St: Pauls bageri runt hörnet och smör. Sedan beställde vi in 3 förrätter att dela på; råraka med löjrom, kantarelltoast och råbiff. Alla tre helt felfria förutom att rårakan saknade lite krispighet.

Till varmrätt åt jag en perfekt halstrad råbiff med vitlök- och örtsmör, pommes frites och en syrlig tomat- och löksallad; trots sin enkelhet en vällagad rätt och en riktig smakupplevelse!

Allt avslutades självklart med signaturdesserten gino (som uppfanns på systerkrogen PA & Co).

Servicen var även den bra. Genuin, proffsig och vänligt, precis som man vill ha det!

Bistro Süd är en härlig och geniun kvarterskrog med otroligt vällagad mat. Ett hett tips!
