Review of Bistroteket – by Arianna F.
If this is considered one of the best restaurants in Stockholm, I suggest an intensive course in hospitality and quality. The food is beyond scarce. The mashed potatoes are made from supermarket sachets, and the vegetables are crying for help, as they are barely green and tasteless. The tuna is a sad frozen piece from the Atlantic, priced as if it were Mediterranean bluefin tuna. The place was completely empty, which is telling. Perhaps this is because the staff is so rude that they drive you away, especially the blonde waiter with the beard, who really frightened me when calling me back.
To top it off, while we were still drinking, the same waiter, in a very threatening manner, told me I had to leave because he wanted to go home, even though my reservation on The Fork was until 11:30 PM (it was 10.45PM). I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit, especially considering the exorbitant bill compared to the average.
