However, a report was written in the autumn of 2020 about how groundbreaking sushi would be, that they really want to push the boundaries of what sushi can taste like. I grabbed a 13-piece mixed menu to get an idea of this but only got regular sushi. The salmon was divine in texture and the rolls were good, but the rest tasted mostly fishy with a little batter on top.
