Ordered the char fillet. Good sauce and good accessories, well-cooked fish fillet which was absolutely not char fillet. I think it would have been nice to be informed about it when ordering. I don't know if you hope that the guest doesn't notice a difference, but a bit strange considering that the char fillet is quite distinctive in appearance and texture. Nice atmosphere and fresh restaurant in general.
