Peruvian and Nordic cuisine meet at Chica 08. Culinary inspiration comes from both South America and Sweden and food is made using locally-produced ingredients. It's run by four chefs with Peruvian roots and long experience of both cuisines.
Peruvian cuisine has become more well known in Stockholm over the past few years, particularly the Peruvian national dish ceviche - lime-marinated fish. Chica 08 in Årstadal serves authentic Peruvian dishes with Swedish elements and ingredients at both lunch and dinner. Choose from ceviche, grilled meat dishes, traditional Peruvian fried rice, various desserts and much more.
