Worst customer service experience I’ve had in years at DIN DIN Sundbyberg by Celine and team I ordered four meals for a work meeting today. The delivery arrived incomplete, which in itself can happen — how it was handled afterwards is what makes this experience unacceptable. When I called the restaurant to explain that food was missing, I was immediately told “there’s nothing I can do, I packed everything” and was redirected to Uber Eats. No willingness to help, no interest in finding a solution. I then asked to speak to a manager, hoping for a more customer-oriented approach. Unfortunately, the tone only got worse. I was met with condescending questions like “Did you order food for someone else and now you’re upset?” and “So Uber didn’t do their job and you’re angry at us?” — said in a dismissive and minimizing way. At no point was a solution offered. Instead, I was lectured on how I should speak if I wanted help and was told that unless I changed my tone, I should take it up with Uber. As a customer, I apparently was expected to act as a detective to figure out who was telling the truth. To top it off, I was encouraged to “write more than one review” if I was unhappy — which says everything about how seriously customer feedback is taken here. As for the food: arrived cold sushi was soggy and unappetizing overall quality matched the level of service: disappointing and careless We are a company with over 100 employees working nearby. After today’s experience, I will make sure no one from our office orders lunch from here again. If I was able to I would have given this restaurant a minus 20 star but sadly that is not possible. Mistakes happen. Arrogance, blame-shifting and disrespect do not have to.
