I and Stockholm celebrate 8 months together today and I have gone past Eatnam maybe 90% of the days I spent here and every day thought that there I have to go. I do not exaggerate when I say that in the evenings it has been packed every (!) time and it was also during my visit. The room is cozy and I love that it is not minimalistic or industrial. Very nice when creating a little character of patterned tiles and colorful paintings. But I think it was a bit too noisy with the crowding and crowd that was there. We got there quite late as luck was so part of the food guests he had to remove himself during the time we ate. The staff was super friendly and everything was nicely thought out with dresscode, a porcelain that matched the interior, a flag that was exhibited on the tables as "bib number" and in its entirety a lovely bistro environment.

I am one of the people who worship coriander and I had gladly had a half pot of this in the right to give a nice flavor switch or finely chopped spring onions. It also had every super good with a little extra lime at the side to get a little more acid among salty sweet man and chilli for heat. It MAY be that my pollen allergy had a finger in the game and blocked some of the flavors... But if it had tasted as clear as it smelled inside the room, it would have easily gotten a 5/5.

Eatnam Nam Nam! I'm really a fan of this charming place. The room is not the prettiest and it can easily get a little crowded and messy but who cares when it is served such a wonderful vegan pho (fööööö) and at least as good and crispy spring rolls.

Jag gillar det verkligen. En mycket trevlig lokal med riktigt snyggt golv och nice möbler. Det var väldigt mycket folk just kring lunch, men det förstår jag verkligen! Har inte ätit mycket vietnamesiskt, men jag skulle säga att det är en fräschare variant av thai.
Jag åt Bun cha gio / risnudlar med friterade vårrullar. Jag skulle nog kalla det en nudelsallad för det var väldigt mycket goda grönsaker som marinerades av dressingen vi fick till. Vårrullarna var både goda och prefekt krispiga.

Det är mycket som de ska ha extra plus för, att det var väldigt brett och bra dryckesutbud, att personalen hade snygga kläder och det gick fort att få maten. Personalen var supertrevliga och hjälpte oss även med bord eftersom det var mycket folk. Trots lunchrushen så kände jag mig absolut inte stressad, här kunde man sitta i lugn och ro.

Detta blir en ny favorit!

Lunchen verkar hålla lite ostabil kvalitet. Ätit(lunch) på Eatnam 3-4 gånger nu. Den första rätten, som jag inte minns vad den heter, blev jag riktigt imponerad av. Grymt! Sen blev det sämre. Idag fick jag halvtorrt kött, lite ris och nästan ingen sås. Trist! Blev inte speciellt mätt.

Jag åkte hit för ett lunchbesök! Träffade mycket rätt!

Menyn består av ett fåtal rätter och man vill någon gång prova alla. Det hade även baguetter med olika fyllningar samt dagens lunch.

Jag testade risnudlar med krispigt rostad fläsksida. Mycket god! Risnudlarna som ligger i botten av skålen var delade i små bitar då de enkelt klumpar ihop sig... Jag hade dock föredragit att dela dem själv en del av nudlarna var delade i små bitar och blir således svårt att äta med pinnar.

Skön bistro miljö inne, tyckte de hade flera sittplatser än väntat och man får se när en del av maten tillagas. De har nu även öppnat en ute servering och mullret hörs från Odenplan men samtidigt mysigt att titta på människor. Stället är genomtänkt allt från porslin till tavlor till den vietnamesiska flaggan som man får istället för en sån blinkade puck.

Rekommenderar stället för lunch eller en enklare middag!

Jag fick inte upplevde någon folkmassa eller kö. Dock var personalen måttligt intresserad av att man kom så förbättringar finns.
