I appreciate the stripped-down and simple environment – it creates atmosphere. The hanging notes, such as "don't complain about carrot and cabbage in the soup," really add to the experience. However, I regret a little that I chose the soup; I think just dumplings would have been a better choice. The soup was good, but I lacked a little depth in the taste.
