Hard to say anything negative after a visit to Gastrologik. Great reception, wonderful local, very good food. Fantastic service through and through. We arrived safely in contact with about a dozen people, and everyone was warm, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. Environment is very Scandinavian with light wood in combination with bronze details. Pleasant. We had a tasting menu consisting of 20 small outlets. Everything on the Swedish raw materials, everything. Pretty sophisticated dishes, hardly to understood what they ate at times, but somehow it felt still not artificial or pretentious.

Most impressed, I was actually of desserts. And for those of you who have read some of my previous reviews know that I'm not a dessert person. This is actually the others Frantzen of the fingers. We had five different desserts (see pictures), all pretty big also, and all were cruelly good. I was also impressed with the non-alcoholic options. I'm a bit picky when it comes to the drink and I tested three different juices, all of which were really good.

I think that the menu had cost £ 1300, and I would probably almost the term it as affordable. If you're going to find anything negative so it was good that I thought it was a bit too much focus on vegetarian menu, missing a few dishes with meat. The right "pickled vegetables with radish and maritime flavours" I liked at all, tasted only algae. But what does it do when the overall experience is top notch.

Fantastiskt trevligt. Tycker personligen att det är svårt att hitta sådana här krogar i Stockholm.
Goda smaker rakt igenom, "Kronärtskocka & Sabayonne" var den ohotade favoriten.
Personlig och väl avkännande service, pangpriser på flaskor som legat och myst i ett hörn i källaren...

Kul med ytterligare en mexare i stan. Lite "slafsigt" att äta här jmf. med andra ställen som serverar liknande mat, måhända att det är mer autentiskt men det var lite väl kladdigt i och med att man får tre separata småflaskor med salsa som man ogärna vill ta i med kladdiga händer.

Hur som helst, goda tacos, bra smaker och välkryddat. Ett plus att de har michelada! Tyvärr ingen bild på den.
