Was so HAPPY to step into this restaurant! Jaquelines is what I have missed in Stockholm interior design. Super lovely décor: beautiful yet different and a bit of fun. I went for lunch there with work colleagues in November and it was a total disaster. Several of us ordered steak and it took one hour to arrive. And it was a late lunch. Meaning the food was served at 13:35! We enquired several times before that but no one came with a sincere apology, and definitely not proactively. We ordered bread because we were starving and it finally arrived at the same time as the steaks! We were told not to worry, we wouldn’t have to pay for the bread. Then the steak was cold AND it was overcooked. I asked to talk to the manager who came reluctantly practically saying that it was our fault for ordering steak at lunch time.
