After a long thought of going here we met at Knut for an AW on a Tuesday at 18 o'clock and had basically instead of ourselves. The staff therefore gave us their full attention, we got good help with both wine and non-alcoholic options and did not have to wait very long for the food. Good flavors that breathed Norrland, but broadly quite mediocre. Overall, the visit met expectations (many dishes that you can't find anywhere else!) but were not 'wow'. Approved and possibly a return visit - have heard that lunch is very popular!
