Actually, I'm not a fan of places that fry off as it can often mean that the quality is lowered but I do not experience that at all when it comes to Colony. You get a completely different feeling based on which place you visit. Biblioteksgatan is intimate, Saltsjö-Duvnäs a dream and here it is in the form of a food market but in common is that it is high quality and you recognize yourself.
Just because it is a food market, it will be higher noise level, but it also makes it possible to eat from all places. In my company it was burgers for the small and lukewarm bowl of salmon, rice noodles and green from the colony. It was exactly as described; lukewarm and abundant food. If I'm going to complain about something, I'd love to have bigger pieces of cashew nuts but the flavors were nice. Crispy, sour and the lightly smoked taste from the salmon.
If you haven't had time to test their raw balls yet, it's a must. You won't look at raw balls the same way afterwards. Just yesterday I bought no one but tried me to do something like home afterwards. Okay, but I'm going to buy here in the future.
