Here you get to pick your own hot pot, or Malatang as I have now learned, with lots of ingredients to choose from. Both vegetables, mushrooms, meat and much more. Perfect both if you know exactly what you like or want to try something new. When you have filled your bowl, you choose which broth it should be cooked in (or stock, maybe more is the right word?), and then cook them it used to. If you don't want to compose your own, there is also a ready-made menu to order from.
What I liked the most was the venue itself! it almost feels like sitting at a street food bar in China. The place is bigger than you think, so dare to look around the corners because there are several rooms to discover. Big plus because there are aprons and even hair ties if you need to put your hair up.
The staff was super nice and took the time to explain how everything works. A really fun and different food adventure!
So much fun with something new!

Gott! Fräscht, äntligen lite riktigt hetta när man ber om starkt. Inte jätte mysigt och ganska opersonligt samt trist att de inte har alkoholtillstånd.. men i övrigt god hotpot.
This was a very good experience! I'm not an expert in this type of cuisine but there were many Chinese guests, so I assume it is a good sign in terms of authenticity. This is the kind of place where you'll have to come a few times in order to know for yourself what combo of ingredients you like. There are so many options that it's easy to choose too many and then the soup tastes kind of funky! If you are a novice like me I would recommend choosing a handful of ingredients the first time and not go overboard with the quantity. I chose the spicy broth and it was really spicy - which was great for me! But if you are more sensitive you should know that this will burn! (kind of like Buldak noodles).
