Mamma o. jag is an intimate neighbourhood restaurant on Tjärhovsgatan in Södermalm run by Hanna and her mother Frida. After a few years of running a restaurant in the Stockholm archipelago together they began to dream of a restaurant in the city. The result is this warm, welcoming bistro specialising in simple, seasonal flavours and top quality ingredients. Their aim is for guests to feel as though they're eating at home - though with a touch of added luxury.

The menu at Mamma o. jag changes regularly and includes internationally-inspired medium-sized dishes such as fried risotto balls, salmon carpaccio and steak tartare. Order a selection of dishes to share and don't forget to try one of their innovative cocktails. The intimate restaurant, tucked away at the quieter end of Tjärhovsgatan, has space for 20 guests, perfect for a weekday dinner with the family or an evening out with friends.
