At Mr. Bronck, inside the Sheraton Stockholm Hotel, American classics combine with Swedish ingredients in a vibrant setting in the middle of the city. The name is a tribute to the Swedish-born emigrant Jonas Bronck, who gave his name to the Bronx district in New York.
Following a major update of the Sheraton, one of Stockholm's most central hotels, the ground floor is now home to Mr. Bronck, where elegant Manhattan brasserie vibes meet Stockholm pulse. Selected Nordic ingredients meet elevated classic American flavours in the kitchen. The menu includes everything from oysters to surf and turf, lobster roll, pizza, sundaes and other impressive desserts, as well as cocktails and an ambitious wine list. All served in stylish surroundings with a nod to American mid-century style, New York and of course the Bronx district, which was named after the Swedish immigrant Jonas Bronck.
The aim is for the restaurant to provide an experience where everything is as it should be without it feeling strained, with well-prepared food, perfectly paired wine and an atmosphere that makes it easy to stay. A modern destination that brings the hotel's iconic heritage into the present. You can just as easily come to Mr. Bronck for a lunch, a long dinner or a drink in the middle of the city, regardless of whether you're staying at the hotel, are in town on business or are a die-hard Stockholmer. The restaurant has room for around 80 seated guests and a private dining room with twelve seats.
