We like Phil's burger, it's a nice atmosphere and they have their sights set right, but according to me, it doesn't quite measure up to those in the top tier. Do not know if it has to do with the portions are smaller, Burger is not as juicy, or that the room is a bit-but it is something osig. However, it is a pretty cool alternative when you can't be bothered to get to bun meats bun, Lilly's burger, prime etc
