Phil's Burger Stadshagen

Phil's was one of the first to jump on the burger boom. The chain is now undergoing a major facelift and their Stadshagen restaurant is one of the first to get its glow-up. Burgers still take centre stage, but there's more of an emphasis on salads and plant-based dishes, a curated wine list and cocktails, all served in sophisticated surroundings.

All their burgers are made from scratch from quality ingredients and they offer plant-based alternatives. As well as halloumi burgers they also serve vegan burgers made from Havredals vegan patties, which Phil's is the first restaurant in Sweden to serve. Most of their dip sauces are also vegan. As well as ordinary fries, sides includes cheese fries, onion rings and chicken nuggets.

Phil's Burger in Stadshagen isn't your usual burger joint. They've put a great deal of thought into their interiors - the restaurant has unpolished concrete walls, a long bar clad in yellow tiles, mirrors, large plants and round wooden tables. Phil's signature petroleum blue tone covers the ceiling. The restaurant aims to function as a living room where guests can come for a glass of wine or cocktail with friends.

During the summer months you can eat al fresco on the outdoor dining area and the restaurant also has a bookable VIP lounge with a TV and sofas.
