Long lunch in the gray weather at Handelshuset Saltsjöbaden. Awesome food! Well worth the trip out of town! Forest mushroom soup with fried chanterelles and grated truffles. Blackened moose tartare mixed with fried onion, celery and apple served with gruyere cheese, roasted garlic cream, kale and roasted almonds. The desserts are magical, as you can see. Ten tables inside, like 35-40 seats. Outdoor seating in the arbor in the summer. Highly recommended!
