Asian influences from morning until late evening
Tako invites you to an elegant Asian concept that permeates everything from the interiors to the food and drinks. With Stureplan around the corner, they serve everything from a luxurious lunch to dinner, cocktails or something smaller in between.
This large restaurant used to be at Birger Jarlsgatan 29, but can now be found at the intersection of Grev Turegatan and Birger Jarlsgatan. They've created a modern restaurant and bar that's full of influences from “the best of East Asia”. From morning to late evening, the venue invites you in to an elegant environment with subdued lighting, dark wood, green sofas and bar seats where you can watch the chefs work in the kitchen. Drop by for a slightly more luxurious lunch, dinner, a few drinks or perhaps an afternoon session.
The menu consists of Asian fusion dishes in the form of everything from oysters to bao, Korean steak tartare, sushi, Japanese robata and main courses such as grilled entrecote. On Saturdays, Tako serves up its Japanese hotpot, which is prepared and served directly at the table in a social way. Round off the day with a cocktail with flavours such as matcha, yuzu, agave, coconut and ginger. You can also book a theatre menu, afternoon seating or a late evening supper. Larger groups can also hire Tako's private dining room for cocktail parties, dinners, meetings and conferences.

Otroligt ställe. Väldigt nice vibe, mycket folk, snyggt lokal, bra musik, trevlig personal. Blev taggad av att vara där. Maten då, hade svårt att välja bland allt gott! Vi delade på popcornshrimp, spetskålspett, biffspett, goyosa, två olika maki. Allt var otroligt gott, förutom spetskålspettet, den var sådär. Nästa gång ska jag prova bla råbiffen och tatakin, såg otroligt ut.
Kommer verkligen tillbaka!

Testade lunch här under sommaren och tyckte faktiskt inte det var mer än ok - i egenskap av helglunch. Lokalen väldigt fin och kan tänka mig att det är riktigt bra vibe kvällstid. Maten OK, men de missade en av våra rätter och den blev fel två gån...
