Never feel fun to go against the power... but Etoile leaves some to be desired in food roads. Interpret my third right - reception, care, presentations, everything is super. But I expect that from a tavern with ambitions to reach stardom and thus it is not something that significantly raises the rating. But instead it is the food that pulls down the rating because it does not meet my expectations for a 1 500 SEK tasting menu. Dishes that are too odd at times, and sometimes too tasteless, and unfortunately too rarely amazing.
All in all, a very nice visit where the food unfortunately does not meet my high expectations.
