This pop-up concept serves their own gourmet version of the beloved South American streetfood dish, arepas - filled cornmeal breads. Food, music and a great atmosphere make for a fun and lively complete experience.

Since summer 2020, arepas have begun popping up at events all around Stockholm, thanks to the Santa Salsa crew. Arepas are flat, grilled breads which are halved and filled with a wide range of different ingredients, such as pulled beef, chicken and avocado mayonnaise and vegan arepas with beans. As well as outdoor pop-up and streetfood events, you can also book Santa Salsa for catering and other collaborations.
