The venue is stylish and rustic and the staff friendly and knowledgeable-which is always a plus. On Shibumi parts to the food "familystyle", a concept I have come to prefer, when you order a lot of different types of hors d'oeuvres to the middle of the table to be shared. Kitchen decorating with a focus on Japan, and flavors served is light, fresh and tangy. You get to Shibumi to eat dinner but leaves the restaurant an experience richer. We drank for drinks with the meal which was absolutely magical. All in all, you have my strongest recommendations to visit Shibumi!
