The food was great. Ordered the Sloth (chicken) & Greed (pork belly) ramen. Both well cooked but slightly too salty for me personally but I don’t eat salty food at all. In general I find ramen too salty. The chicken breast was a bit dry so I’d recommend pork belly. The bang bang shrimps were amazing so we ended up ordering 2 portions (appr. 5-6 pieces). Their signature KFC boneless chicken (appr. 5 pieces) were ok, spicy but somehow a too sweet/chemically aftertaste. Definitely had better Korean fried chicken (Monster Chicken). Gyoza were amazing and extremely juicy (4pieces).

The service was way too slow and actually made this review worse. The restaurant was half empty at 13.00 o’clock during Good Friday (Easter Friday). One waitress (young Asian with thick lash extension) had lunch during business lunchtime at a restaurant is quite questionable; and the other one (white curvy female with long blonde hair) wasn’t very bothered and had absolutely no sense of urgency nor overall outlook around in the restaurant. Me and another guest had to get up and chase for her attention. The food was good but the service ruined it all. Wouldn’t have come for dinner and paid that much for this service. It was so slow that one of the ramen had developed a fat membrane on the broth, which means that the food was out there way too long before reaching to table. And in fact, none of the food was coming-out-of-the-oven-hur but merely lukewarm. They weren’t rude, just extremely slow and unbothered. However, the Asian waiter had quite a bit of patience when recommending us food.

Äntligen tog jag mig till omtalade Sin Ramen!

Vi dök in på drop-in och fick plats i baren - älskar att sitta i baren och kunna spana in när de tillagar maten!

Vi åt ramen (så klart!) och deras KFC. Mycket nöjd med allt!

Trevlig personal och lokal. Bra läge.

Reigning ramen favorite! Took the Pride, aka their vegan option, and added soy-marinated egg. I love how thick and umami the broth is!! Not watery or bland at all, but full of flavor and depth. The noodles are Sin's homemade, so chewy and delicious. All the toppings are really good.

På Sin Ramen är stämningen på topp. Det är lite stimmigt och vill man drömma bort sig lite så kan man lätt låtsas att man är i Tokyo.

Jag var här på lunchen. Det är mycket folk och det tog rätt lång tid att få maten. Ramen var bra. Nudlarna var det som imponerade och de imponerade VERKLIGEN. I övrigt var det lite basis och jag hade önskat att det var lite mer ingredienser i skålen.

I was here for lunch on a Tuesday. There were quite a lot of people but we still managed to get a table without booking in advance. It is located downstairs in a room that is quite darkly decorated, which makes it very cozy!
