In the slaughterhouse area, Sin ramen has opened up another restaurant. We were here on a Saturday lunch and they were quite quickly very busy. The room was very cozy, with a nice interior. The staff was nice and the food was very good. Not the best ramen I've eaten but still worth a visit. Good broth and good chewing resistance in the noodles.
I really appreciate when you look into the kitchen, they become more authentic and genuine.
