Tak

Took the tasting menu that started strong with very good snacks! Oysters, a mushroom toast that was magically good! And some kind of pea mix with fried wonton. All snacks very good. For starters, steak tartare and char. The steak tartare was quite okay, but no more than that. A little too much beetroot in it and it didn't taste that much. The char and the main course, which consisted of pork belly with plum sauce, were absolutely good, but not fantastic dishes. The dessert elevated the experience but in summary, I'm not so impressed that I'm coming back for dinner, but I'm very happy with the evening! However, I would love to come back for snacks and a glass of wine.

Great service, nice venue with a nice view (of course) and stripped-down modern décor, a bit of typical Asian fusion style on the décor (this is not an Asian fusion restaurant though).
